The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The service was top-notch, from the car hire to the housekeeping and laundry services. The airport shuttle was convenient and the tours/ticket assistance helped us plan our itinerary. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities and air conditioning. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and terrace, and the dining table provided a great space to enjoy our meals. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle added to our comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were perfect for leisurely pursuits. The Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The on-site car park and 24-hour reception provided added convenience. I stayed in a very new and clean hotel. the room was very comfortable and had new toiletries. the location close to a department store and walking street made it convenient for exploring the city. the staff was helpful and had good service. Breakfast had many tasty options, and the hotel had a nice car park and key card security.
The hotel's lobby was a bit small and could be difficult to find on a narrow street.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, with great pillows and clean bedsheets. The toiletries provided were of high quality and the overall cleanliness of the hotel impressed me. Additionally, the breakfast served here was excellent, with a good variety of food options available. The staff were also welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home during my stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the new and clean rooms of this hotel. the breakfast offered was delicious and filling. the location was also very convenient as it was near the department store and walking street. it was easy to get to the famous temple and the zoo.
the first day we had no hot water and although we reported it, it was not immediately fixed.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
